Halogen Leak Detector

HLD100 halogen leak detector, is newly designed with higher performance ability versa lower price, has powerful function and high sensitivity, and is stable and easy to operate.

Battery Voltage Indication

The front panel indicator light for leak alarming and battery voltage indication.

Green--- Battery voltage is normal, sufficient for proper operation.

Orange--- Battery voltage is approaching the lower threshold for operation, replace as soon as possible

Aytomatic-trace Circuit/Reset Feature

HLD-100 features an Automatic tracking circuit and a Reset function key that set the unit to ignore ambient concetrations of refrigerant level.

◆Automatic tracking circuit: When power on, the unit automatically set itself to ignore the refrigerant level which is already in the tip. Onky a level, or concentration, greater than this will cause an alarm.

◆ Reset Feature: Pressing the RESET key during operation performs a similar function. When the RESET key is pressed, it programs the circuit to ignore the level of refrigerant present at the tip. The unit can be moved to fresh air and reset for maximum sensitivity. Resettimg the unit in fresh air makes any level above zero to be detected.

Whenever the unit is reset, the LED (except the leftmost power indicator) will all turn off.

Sensitivity Adjustment

The unit features vari-speed flexibility adjustment and can be adjusted during the course of detecting. Leak Alarm

When the leaked gas is detected, the buzzer will respond loudly according to the leaked quantity and the number of the leak indicators will change as well.

◆ Other systems and storage/recovery containers The unit responds to all haloge-nated (with Chlorine and Fluorine included) refrigerants. This includes, but is not limited to:

      HFCs e.g. R34a, R404a, R125 etc…

      Blends such as AZ-50, HP62,MP39, etc…

◆ Detect Ethylene Oxide gas leaks in hospital sterilizing equipment(it will detect the halogenated carrier gas)

◆ Detect SF-6 in high voltage circuit breakers.

◆ Detect most gages that contain Chlorine, Fluorine, and Bromine (halogen gases)

◆ Detect cleaning agents used in dry cleaning applications such as perchloroethyl.

◆ Detects halogen gases in fire-extinguishing system.
